The Board views good corporate governance as an integral component of the strength and success of Medallion Resources Ltd. The Board’s highest priorities are to ensure accountability and fairness to our shareholders and stakeholders, that Board composition provides appropriate skills and guidance for management, and management executes corporate goals in a safe, environmentally sound and socially equitable manner.
The Board of Directors of Medallion Resources Ltd is comprised of five Directors, three of whom are independent within the meaning of National Instrument 52-110 which sets the standard for director independence.
